- Child Mind Institute is a non-profit who’s mission is to help children and families struggling with mental health issues and learning disorders – check out their podcasts!
- CHADD focusses on education, advocacy and support for children and adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

- Make Social and Emotional Learning Stick offers free parent training and resources.
- IDA (International Dyslexia Association) is a non-profit helping individuals with dyslexia.
- LDA of America has been providing support and advocacy for people with learning disabilities since 1964.
- Program for Advocacy Training is an introductory course navigating the IEP and advocating for children and students with LD.
- SmartKids with Learning Disabilities is a non-profit that supports parents of children with LD and/or ADD.
General
- Journal of Learning Disabilities includes articles and research related to LD.
- Learning Disabilities: A Multidisciplinary Journal includes articles and research on the most current thinking and practice on learning disabilities.
- Learning Disabilities Quarterly publishes quality research to benefit people with LD.
- National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) strives to empower individuals with the academic, social, and emotional skills needed to succeed in school, work, and in life.
- National Joint Council on Learning Disabilities (NJCLD) is a national committee of representatives of organizations committed to the education and welfare of individuals with learning disabilities.
Older Youth and Adults
- Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) information for adults with ADHD.
- Learning Ally (formerly Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic), geared for 4th grade through postgraduate levels and gives information on recorded texts that are available on loan.
- Resources for Adults with Learning Disabilities and ADHD lists resources geared toward adults dealing with LD and ADHD challenges.
